Aruba strongman holds two cars for 13 seconds

What happened

Guinness World Records, published 8 September 2026, reports that Egmond Molina of Aruba claimed the record for longest time restraining two cars: 13 seconds, staged in Grapefield, San Nicolaas, on 22 March. He planted his feet and kept both vehicles from driving away on rough terrain he chose for grip. Molina now holds 12 strength titles, including a 20-meter tram pull with teeth in 39.9 seconds, a hot-water-bottle burst in 2.87 seconds, and a one-finger deadlift of 159 kg (350.53 lb).

He described absorbing roughly 420 kg of tractive force per side so the cars could not slip even two inches once the drivers accelerated. Humor stays on the timer, the two cars, and the record shelf.
